Terms of Service - Nager.Shop

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all business transactions between Tino Hager | nager software solutions and its customers. This offer is exclusively directed at entrepreneurs (B2B). The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding contract is only concluded once the customer successfully completes the checkout process via Stripe and a confirmation email has been sent.

3. Digital Delivery & License Usage

Digital licenses are delivered immediately via email upon payment confirmation by Stripe. License Grant: The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software. The customer is responsible for ensuring the provided email address is valid.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and are net amounts (excluding VAT/Sales Tax) unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Since the product is digital, no shipping costs apply.

5. Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing digital content, the customer explicitly agrees that the execution of the contract begins immediately. The customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires once the digital license key has been provided.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of personal injury or mandatory statutory liability. Tino Hager | nager software solutions is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Tino Hager | nager software solutions in Austria.
