Contact details (Name, Email), Billing address, VAT ID, IP address, and browser metadata for security.
Order fulfillment, license delivery, secure payment processing, and statutory tax accounting.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Contractual necessity for your software license) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional webshop).
4. Third-Party Services (Stripe)
For secure transactions, we use Stripe. Your payment data is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our own servers.
Note: Stripe may process data in the USA. We ensure data safety through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use strictly essential cookies to manage your shopping cart and session. Without these, the webshop cannot function. Analytical cookies are only used with your explicit consent.
